Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.

Additionally contained in this new image release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and contains a key detailing different areas of the land.

Alongside this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, including layouts for marina coverings.

Further materials made public as part of the current investigative disclosure.
